Gibsons Seniors Housing is an independant living, seniors housing rental complex for tenants who are 55 years of age or older. Our apartments are all one bedroom suites, accessibility designed featuring full kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and appliances with a small patio and a heat pump for both heat and air-conditioning. ​Rents are geared to income and we offer a mix of BC Housing subsidized and market rental units. All of the suites provide housing security so you can count on your forever home at Gibsons Seniors Housing. ​

Conveniently located in Upper Gibsons, walking distance to Sunnycrest Mall and bus stops. The bus route goes to Sechelt and in the other direction, to lower Gibsons and the Langdale ferry terminal.
Amenities
Every unit has a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. They are accesibilty designed with open concept, wider doorways and low threshold showers . The kitchens have full size fridge, and stove with oven and plenty of cupboard space and storage.
